Delivery will be made to the address specified on the completed payment screen. Once goods have been delivered they will be held at your risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. We shall use our best endeavours to secure delivery within 30 days of receipt of your order but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.

 

When it comes to carriers, our preferred option is Royal Mail. The majority of items will be sent with their 48 tracked service (delivery 3-5 working days), unless otherwise specified. Multiple orders or next day guaranteed items can be sent out via couriers. Higher value orders will require a signature of delivery.

Only unused and complete goods may be returned, they must be undamaged in their original packaging. Returns will only be accepted within 3 days of receipt of goods. In the event of damaged goods or shortages. Responsibility will be limited to the refund value or replacement of the goods, and no consequential loss or damage can be accepted.

The customer must pay for the cost of returning the items to HFT Innovations.

 

After receiving any returns, where applicable, refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the product was faulty it will be exchanged and the new product will be sent free of charge.
