HFT Innovations has been established to provide a series of helpful tools and techniques. New innovations in health, fitness and therapy aids to treat or manage musculoskeletal conditions.

 

The TMT is the first of these innovations, patent pending and tested over a three year period by sports and therapy experts, combined with a professional design organisation.

 

Our website demonstrates the tool in operation with a series of images and videos for the professional and individual users. The exercises shown are deliberately taken in a "home" setting to show that this tool is effective anywhere.
