HFT Innovations has been established to provide a series of helpful tools and techniques. New innovations in health, fitness and therapy aids to treat or manage musculoskeletal conditions.

 

The TMT is the first of these innovations, tested over a three year period by sports and therapy experts, combined with a professional design organisation.

 

Our website demonstrates the tool in operation with a series of images and videos for the professional and individual users. The exercises shown are deliberately taken in a "home" setting to show that this tool is effective anywhere.
